| 摘 要： | 社会组织是承担公共服务供给的重要主体,可通过志愿机制和委托代理机制提供公共服务。近年来,我国政府开始探索向社会组织购买公共服务,取得了一定的成效,但仍然面临规模较小、购买服务体系亟需完善、体制机制亟待建立、法律制度尚需健全等问题,迫切需要加大力度,有序推进政府向社会组织购买公共服务。

| Abstract: | The social organization is an important source of public services.It provides public services by volunteer action and Principal-agent mechanism.In recently years,the Chinese government has been exploring new ways to purchase public services from social organizations and gained a certain success.However,there are still several problems that need to be improved: e.g.the procurement scale is limited;the procurement system and legal system need to be improved,etc. |
