Abstract: | The possible ways of dealing with the impact of the current economic crisis in Russia are considered and it is emphasized that to date there has been no strategy for addressing the internal causes of the crisis (no structural policy or modernization of production, orientation on single-product exports). Furthermore, a set of measures within the anticrisis program is proposed, preventing the recurrence of new crisis situations and including primarily the lines of the organization of the investment process and long-term crediting of production, antitrust regulation, promotion of new job creation, and tax policy. |
