浙江外向型中小制造企业转型升级研究——基于价值链的思考

外向型中小制造企业是浙江民营经济的重要组成部分,对于区域经济发展具有重要意义。后金融危机时代,国内外经济环境的变化导致外向型中小制造企业发展遭遇困境,企业转型升级的呼声日益高涨。首先,文章从价值链的视角阐述浙江外向型中小制造企业的困境;其次,分析这些企业身陷困境的原因所在;最后,在前人研究的基础上提出企业转型升级的建议。

The Study on Transformation and Upgrading of Export-oriented Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Zhejiang-Based on the Theory of Value Chain

Export-oriented small medium enterprises（SMEs） are the essential part of Zhejiang＇s economy,they are very important to the regional development of Zhejiang.During post-crisis era,the enterprises have to transform and upgrade themselves in response to the new economic changes both at home and abroad.Firstly,the troubles that export-oriented SMEs faced are described from the value chain perspectives.Then,the causes of their troubles are discussed.In the end,the suggestions for transformation and upgrading of the enterprises are given on the basis of theoretical and practical research results from predecessors.
