| 摘 要： | 地下金融是指货币金融当局以及统计核算部门未观测到的金融活动及其相关的金融组织、市场等金融要素与运行机制。本文分析了其表现形式,产生的原因和影响,并对我国地下金融的发展提出了一些对策建议。

| Abstract: | the underground finance is refers to financial essential factors and the movement mechanism and se on the activity and correlation financial organization, market which the currency finance authority as well as the statistical calculation department has not observed. This article has analyzed its manifestation, produces the reason and the influence, and put forward some countermeasure proposal to our country underground finance development. |
