| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国质量管理正在从微观管理向宏观管理转型，但是质量信息的不对称严重制约了建立宏观质量管理体制。文章提出利用组织机构代码的唯一性和代码信息资源的优势，构建质量信息服务平台，消除质量信息不对称，促进区域整体质量水平的提升。

| Abstract: | In current stage, quality management in China is changing from micro management to macro management, but information asymmetry severely restricts the establishment of overall quality management system. This paper proposes that the unieity of organization code and the advantage of code information resources can be used to build quality information service platform, to eliminate information asymmetry, and to promote the overall regional level quality. |
