摘    要:随着市场竞争的日益加剧和市场全球化的不断发展,时间成为企业竞争资源的重要组成部分,快速反应越来越受到企业的重视,而准时交货是缩短供应链整体响应周期,实现供应链敏捷运作的重要途径。无论是制造企业、贸易企业,如何确保交货期是企业的核心所在。准时交货能力取决于供应商的生产与运输条件。文章对影响准时交货因素进行了充分分析,对可控因素,尽一切办法控制好;对不可控因素,尽量做到充分预测,以达到控制的目的。

Abstract:With the increasing competition in the market and the continuous development of the globalization of markets, the time is an important part of competition for resources to the enterprise. Rapid response is given more attention by corpcration, and on-time delivery is an important way to shorten the overall response of the supply chain as well as to achieve its shrewd operation. Factors influencing the on-time delivery are given a full analysis to control the controllable factors of good and to predict uncontrollable factors possiblly, in order to achieve control.
