| 摘 要： | 当前,由于劳动力跨区域流动、产业技术进步、沉没成本和资产专用性、区域生产协作网络以及区域产业发展的路径依赖等的作用,发达地区产业转移具有粘性.因此,落后地区不能静候发达地区的产业转移来谋求经济发展;若落后地区根据全新技术选择产业,则有可能成功发展经济和实现赶超.

| Abstract: | Because of the interaction of trans-regional flow of labor forces, industrial technological progress, the specialization of sunk cost and asset, the path dependence of productive coordination network and regional industrial development, and so on, the industrial transfer of developed areas has adhesiveness. Thus, the backward areas should not wait for the industrial transfer from the developed areas for economic development. If the backward areas select industries based on new-technologies, the backward areas are possible to succeed in economic development and to catch up with or surpass the developed areas. |
