江苏承接国际产业转移与产业自主创新

近年来，国际资本和国际产业不断向江苏转移，有力推动了江苏产业结构的调整和国民经济的快速发展。但由于产业技术学习和自主创新能力不强，缺乏自主核心技术、对外技术依存度过高，使产业发展和国民经济运行陷入困境并面临潜在威胁。本文在分析江苏产业技术现状及存在问题的基础上。提出了加强技术学习和提高自主创新能力的若干对策。

Accepting the Transfer of International Industries into Jiangsu Province and Promoting Industrial Innovation Through Our Own Efforts

In recent years, international capital and enterprises have been flowing into Jiangsu province, motivating industrial regulating and economic development. Since the lack of technological innovation, more being dependent on foreign technology and weak learning and innovation capacity, the development of industry and economy is facing potential threats. This paper analyses the conditions of industrial technology and problems existed in Jiangsu province and put forward some countermeasures for strengthening learning and innovation capacity.
