摘    要:本文基于供应链管理的视角,提出用“一个核心、三个保障”的概念模型构建我国城市食品现代化流通体制。一个核心是建立食品供应链,三个保障是制度保障、技术保障和品牌保障。通过构建食品现代化流通体制提高食品流通效率和保障食品安全。

Abstract:The article establishes a concept model which is composed of one core and three guarantee mechanisms from the perspective of supply chain management.One core is to set up food supply chain and three guarantee mechanisms are system,technology and brand strategy.Based on the concept model it designs a national modern food circulation organization in Chinese metropolis to maximize the circulation efficiency and to safeguard the security of food at the same time.
