食品中甲醛含量的检测方法研究进展

摘    要:食品中甲醛含量的检测方法较多,但各个方法的适用范围、操作方式、检测精度及准确度等差异较大,在选择甲醛检测方法的时,需要根据食品中的甲醛含量、潜在的检测干扰因素、检出限、准确度、样品前处理方法以及目前的检测条件等方面综合考虑,来选择最佳的甲醛检测分析方法。本文综述了食品中甲醛含量的检测方法及其研究进展,为开发准确测定食品中甲醛含量的方法提供参考。

Abstract:There are many detection methods for formaldehyde content in food,but the scope of application,operation method,detection accuracy and accuracy of each method are quite different.When choosing a formaldehyde detection method,it needs to be based on the formaldehyde content in the food and the potential detection interference.Factors,detection limits,accuracy,sample preparation methods and current detection conditions are comprehensively considered to select the best formaldehyde detection and analysis method.This article reviews the detection methods and research progress of formaldehyde content in foods,and provides a reference for the development of methods for accurate determination of formaldehyde content in foods.
