畜禽骨的综合利用研究现状与发展趋势

摘    要:我国畜禽骨骼资源丰富,畜禽骨中含有优质的蛋白质、比例合理的脂肪酸、丰富的矿物质及多种生物活性物质,故深度开发和利用畜禽骨资源对提高经济效益和社会效益有着重要的现实意义。本文介绍了畜禽骨的资源概况、骨的组成和营养价值、国内外的应用现状,并展望了我国畜禽骨高值化开发应用的前景,以期为畜禽骨资源的深度开发提供参考。

Abstract:There is abundant livestock and poultry bone resources in China.The livestock and poultry bones contain high-quality protein,reasonable proportions of fatty acids,rich minerals and a variety of biologically active substances.Therefore,the in-depth development and utilization of livestock and poultry bone resources are important to improve economic and social benefits.The practical significance of.This article introduces the resources of livestock and poultry bones,the composition and nutritional value of bones,the application status at home and abroad,and prospects for the development and application of high-value livestock and poultry bones in my country,in order to provide a reference for the in-depth development of livestock and poultry bone resources.
