摘    要:食品安全事件频繁发生引起了人们对食品安全的高度重视,进而人们对食品的质量安全也有了越来越高的要求.为保证食品的安全与质量,进行食品检测是非常有必要的.基于此,本文对超声波技术在食品检测中的运用进行了深入研究,以期推动超声波技术在食品检测中更为广泛的应用.

Abstract:The frequent occurrence of food safety incidents has caused people to attach great importance to food safety,and people have increasingly higher requirements for food quality and safety.In order to ensure the safety and quality of food,it is necessary to conduct food inspection.Based on this,this article conducts an in-depth study on the application of ultrasonic technology in food inspection,in order to promote the wider application of ultrasonic technology in food inspection.
