| Abstract: | As a key part of food safety management,food safety sampling is an important basis for evaluating food safety status.By conducting random inspections on food safety,problems can be discovered in time and hidden food safety hazards can be avoided.This article analyzes the problems existing in food sampling work and proposes corresponding solutions to ensure the legality,scientificity and fairness of food sampling work. |
