2020年重庆市食品安全抽检情况及监管建议

摘    要:本文旨在统计2020年重庆市食品安全抽检情况,分析抽检不合格产品不符合标准要求的检验项目,为食品监管部门及生产企业提供数据支撑。2020年重庆市共完成抽检103522批次样品,合格率97.6%,主要存在滥用食品添加剂、质量不达标及微生物超标等问题。

Abstract:This article aims to make statistics on the food safety inspections in Chongqing in 2020,analyze the inspection items of unqualified products that do not meet the requirements of the standards,and provide data support for food regulatory authorities and manufacturers.In 2020,Chongqing has completed sampling inspections of more than 100,000 batches of samples,with a pass rate of 97.6%.There are mainly problems such as abuse of food additives,substandard quality,and excessive microbes.
