国铁企业员工持股实施路径探析

Analysis of the Implementation Path of Employee Stock Ownership for Enterprises under the Leadership of China State Railway Group Co., Ltd.

With the deepening of state-owned enterprises reform, China has continued to improve the system of employee stock ownership plans, expand the scope of pilot enterprises, and support and guide state-owned enterprises to promote employee stock ownership plans. This paper introduces the pilot implementation of state-owned enterprises, the nature of the pilot for state-owned enterprises, the plan for employee stock ownership, and the platform of employee stock ownership, etc. The advantages for implementing employee stock ownership in stateowned enterprises are analyzed including compliance with development trend required by national policies, elevation of market competitiveness, adaption to the business development requirement, and motivation of employee vitality. The implementation path of employee stock ownership in stateowned enterprises is proposed, including striving for policy support, selecting the pilot enterprises, improving the system of pilot enterprises, formulating operation scheme, advancing the operation regulation mechanism, and elevating the competitiveness of the marketing management.
