| 摘 要： | 学分制作为一种教学管理组织形式，在教育思想、人才培养模式、管理体制和教学环节等方面的重大差异，导致了学分制条件下的大学生思想政治教育在教育理念、教育内容、教育过程、教育手段和载体等方面呈现出新特点，并最终要求思想教育工作者的多能化和思想政治教育工作格局的多维立体化。由此形成了学分制条件下大学生思想政治教育的特殊性.

| Abstract: | As a managerial system for higher education, the major differences, such as in the ideas of education, models of talents training, managerial system and links of teaching, have resulted in new characteristics in the aspects of educational notion, educational content, educational process, educational devices and carriers for the ideological and political education of the college students. This will require the ideological educators to have versatility and multi-dementionalization. Hence the particularity of ideological and political education of college students is formed under credit system. |
