| Abstract: | It is a trend that the system of financial management in modern enterprises is transforming from a non-centralized one to a centralized one.However,both advantages and disadvantages exist in the centralized financial management. This paper analyzes the inevitability of centralized financial management in modern enterprises,advantages and disadvantages thereof,and raised countermeasures to the disadvantages. |
