| 摘 要： | 金融控股公司这种混业经营模式已经成为金融发展的大趋势.为了适应这种趋势,许多国家相应地加强金融控股公司的监管立法与监管体系改革.金融控股公司在中国发展的基础条件已经基本成熟,但中国金融监管体系相对滞后,为此,探讨国际上近十年金融控股公司的监管模式,对中国完善和健全金融监管体系十分有益.
