| 摘 要： | 山东省矿产资源比较丰富，但在开发利用中存在回采率低、利用率低及环境问题突出等问题；加强矿产资源管理、开源节流、推广清洁生产、建立合理的价格 体系、走集约型资源综合利用之路是解决上述问题，实现矿产资源合理利用的主要对策。

| Abstract: | The mineral resources are relatively rich in Shandong Province. but there are many problems in the exploitation of these resources. such as low rate of remining. low rate of comprehensive utilization. tendency of the mineral resources exhausting and the environmental problems. For the aim of rational development and utilization of Shandong Province. the problems can be solved by reinforcing the administration of the mineral resources. increasing income and decreasing expenditure. extending of clean production, establishing a reasonable price system and intensive utilizing of these resources. |
