摘    要:职业素质是当今社会选用人才的第一要素。职业素质养成已成为评价高等职业院校教学质量的重要指标,直接影响到学校的发展和社会声誉。高职酒店管理专业"0+3"联合教学,是旨在组建校企合作教学团队,建立校园文化与企业文化融合的教学环境,注重养成教育的统一性和持续性,构建专业教学、思想教育、道德养成和行为训练等互为一体的教学模式。该模式通过环境同化、系统学习和全面训练,使学生全面养成良好的职业素质。
