| Abstract: | The housing policy and the supply system are very important to solve the housing problem of one country. If the real estate policy deviates the stage of development, the policy must be corrected After selectively analyzing the three contradictions and the evolutionary regulation of international housing policy, the paper probes into the housing policy and the supply system of Singapore, England and America. Then, the paper points out that the policy can＇t deviate from the stage of development of real estate, excessive marketization maybe engender more economic risks and indemnificatory real estate can restrict the housing price. |
