| 摘 要： | 本文在梳理成都土地整理和农村房屋产权制度改革的实践基础上，运用新兴古典经济学超边际分析框架，从理论上论证农民集中居住区房屋转让先行试点的科学性，探讨了农村房屋转让配套政策完善的必要性，为农村房屋产权制度改革提出合理化建议。
