| 摘 要： | 本文分析了成品住房推广的障碍因素及其外部性。解决成品住房外部经济性的理想方法是制定推进成品住房建设激励政策,对推进成品住房发展的参与方给予适当的激励和扶持。通过对推进成品住房建设的激励主体、激励客体、激励模型的分析,提出了推进成品住房建设的具体激励政策,对全面推动成品住房的发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The barriers and exteriors of developing finished housing are analysed in the article. The solution of exterior is to formulate incentive policy of developing finished housing ,and gives par ticipants some right incentive and support. By analyzing incentive subject, incentive object and incen- tive model, the article proposes the specific incentive policy of developing finished housing. It has great significance to develop finished housing. |
