| Abstract: | Based on the summarization of contemporary situations of Chinese real estate market and developing laws of Japanese real estate bubble, this paper makes analysis and comparisons of different performance and internal causes of real estate development processes between China and Japan, and hopes that it can provide suggestion for Chinese real estate market. |
