Abstract:U.S. subprime mortgage crisis in 2008 affected the whole world, bank credit policy increasingly closed to the property market. Economic problems and social problems were triggered by rising housing price, and attended by the community. This paper analyzes the real estate business sources of funding, bank credit policy impact on housing prices, the current property market, the impact of the "new--policy" on the real estate market, bases on the analysis of the bank credit policy and the relationship between housing prices.
