摘    要:居住空间结构的合理程度,不仅影响城市居民的生活质量,而且影响整个城市效率的实现。居住空间变化的实质是社会结构的变化在居住空间上的表现。本文以问卷调查的方式,收集整理了杭州市内具有一定规模住宅片区的信息资料,运用SPSS统计分析软件对这些住宅片区的信息进行了统计分析及聚类分析,将杭州市居住空间分成主城区老式小区、经济适用房住区、城区中高档小区、新区中高档小区和新区中低档小区等五类。分别阐述了这五类居住空间的分布范围和特点,揭示正在不断演化的城市居住空间分异现象,并归纳总结不同阶层区划化居住的特征,思考城市摆脱居住空间分异负功能的对策。

Abstract:The reasonable level of the residential space influences not only residents' quality of life,but also the realization of the whole city's efficiency. The essence of the change of space is the manifestation of change of social structure on residential naire, this paper collects the information of Hangzhou residential areas space. By means o possessing certain residential f questionscale, uses SPSS statistical analysis software to carry o Hangzhou residential spaces into five categor housing settlements, city's high-end district n statistical ies, such as , newly built analysis and cluster analysis, and divides old-fashioned downtown district, affordable high-end district and newly built mid-and low-standard district. This paper elaborates the distribution ranges and features of the five types of residential spaces respectively, reveals the constantly evolving heteromorphism of the urban living spaces, summarizes the characteristics of different sectors dividing the residential spaces, and thinks of the strategies of helping the urban get rid of living spaces' negative function of differentiation.
