| 摘 要： | 随着我国老龄化社会程度的加重，现有社会养老模式已不能有效解决当前面临的养老问题。“以房养老”模式则是对现有养老方式的有力补充，它为国家、社会和家庭解决养老问题提供了新的选项。本文集中探讨了国内外以房养老的发展过程和现状，并提出了一种适合中国国情的以房养老新模式。

| Abstract: | With an aggravated aging level, the existing model cannot solve the problem for the aged. ＂House-for-Pension＂ is a significant supplement of aged-supported pattern brand-new solution to solve the aging problem for both the individual and the government of providing which is a as well. The article discuses mainly on the status quo and the development of the ＂House-for-Pension＂, then proposes a appropriate choice in taking our national conditions into account. |
