浅析俄罗斯外经政策和法规的变数及影响

为规范对外经济活动秩序，加快进入世贸组织的进程，俄罗斯中央和地方政府以及相关主管部门不断推出新的外经活动的政策和法规，在一定程度上促进了俄罗斯对外经贸合作的发展。但是，这些政策和法规还存在着一定的缺陷，主要表现是它们自身存在着不完善之处，在执行过程中也有许多变数。本文根据俄罗斯某些政策和法规的实施情况，结合中俄经贸合作的实例，从几个方面分析它们的缺陷及其负面影响。

On Variables and Impact of Russian Foreign Economic Policies and Laws

In order to regulate foreign economic activities order and speed up the process of entering the WTO, the Russian central and local governments and related departments in charge of foreign economic relations constantly introduce new policies and regulations and promote the development of Russian foreign economic and trade cooperation to a certain extent. However, there are still some shortcomings in these policies and regulations. The existence is mainly their own imperfections and many variables in the process of implementation. According to the implementation of Russian certain policies and regulations, and with the examples of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation,this paper analyzes their shortcomings and negative effects from several aspects.
