| 摘 要： | "三农"问题是我国各级政府和各界人事广泛关注的领域,党的十六届五中全会做出了建设社会主义新农村的重大战略决策,2006年中央文件<中共中央国务院关于推进社会主义新农村建设的若干意见>又进一步提出:"十一五"时期要全面贯彻落实科学发展观,统筹城乡经济社会发展,实行工业反哺农业、城市支持农村和"多予少取放活"的方针,按照"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"的要求,北京市率先展开了编制村庄体系规划及社会主义新农村试点规划建设活动,从经济产业、土地节约集约利用、人口、生态、基础设施及公共设施、新能源利用及节能等方面进行研究,注重规划的可实施性及公众参与性,将新农村建设逐项落到实处.

| Abstract: | Abstract Beijing is taking the lead working out Village system planning and Construction of experimental unit of New socialist countryside.Research the aspects of economy trade and industry,land saving and intensive using,population,ecology,infrastructure and public accommodation,new energy utilization and conserve energy and so on.The research focus on exploitativeness and public participation,besides,whether the constructuin of new socialist countryside can be implemented. |
