含逆向物流的销售商库存控制研究

逆向物流的参与使销售商的库存控制问题更加复杂。在假设消费者退货物品的到达服从参数为Poisson分布,且部分退回物品经过一段时间(L)修复处理后可与"新产品"一样销售的条件下,研究了包含退货逆向物流的销售商库存控制模型。经求解,该模型的订货周期T和订货量Q与退回产品的修复时间(L)长短无关,两者都是关于退回逆向物流产品平均到达率λ和退回产品修复率r的减函数。

To Study on the Inventory Controlling of Sellers Based on Including Reverse Logistics

Because of the reverse logistics,inventory controlling of sellers becomes more complex.Based on the assumption that the product return is permitted,Poisson distribution is obeyed,and a part of return products after a period of repaired time (L) can be sold as the new, the paper presents a reverse logistics inventory control model for the sellers.From the results of the model,we can get that the order cycle (T) and the order quantity (Q) are irrelated with the repair time (L),they are the decreasing function to the mean arrival rate (λ) of return products and the recovered rate (r).
