论转型时期我国经济增长过程中制度适应性效率的缺失

我国正处于经济转型的重要时期,在这个时期里,制度的建设意义重大.我们不但应该注意建立健全各种制度,还必须注重提高各种制度的适应性效率.我国在提高制度的适应性效率方面取得了长足进展,但是也存在着效率的缺失.在正式制度方面,制度与经济增长不协调;在非正式制度方面,制度存在着失效和无效.这些都是转型时期我国经济增长的制度适应性效率不足的根源.
