| 摘 要： | 针对目前流量标准检定系统存在的问题，提出了适合我国国情又有符合国际标准、较为科学的流量标准检定系统，从计量管理的角度，阐述了建立系统的重要意义，并提出了实施系统的一些见解。

| Abstract: | For the problem existing in the current standard calibration system, the author suggests a scientific flow rate standard calibration system suitable to both the international standard and China's actual condition. And from the view of measurement management, the author states the important meaning of the system and gives some to the operation of the system. |
