统计体系的国际经验及对中国的启示

中国自改革开放以来,统计体系经历了重大改革,取得了重大成就。但与世界先进国家相比,统计能力仍然存在一定差距,统计改革任重道远。分析了世界先进国家在统计管理体制、数据调查体系、数据传输及发布体系等方面的国际经验,并对照中国国情,指出了对中国统计体系改革的若干启示。
