To Apply on PDCA Cycle in Enterprises' Performance Management System

The market competition being increasingly intense,numerous enterprises gradually realized the importance to enhance their own performances. Therefore,most enterprises are questing how to optimize their own performance management. This thesis introduces the basic principles,characteristics and working procedures of the PDCA cycle and discusses its practical significances to promote enterprises’ performance management. And then applications of the PDCA cycle in enterprises’ performance management are elaborated through the analysis on each phase of performance management system. Finally,some requirements are put forward which should be followed principally during the cycle. That should bring some reference values to enterprises’ performance management.
