应用QPMS改进工程质量监理

质量是工程产品的生命，质量监理是工程监理的核心。我国质量监理存在着片面性，难以与承包商在融洽的气氛中服务于工程质量这一共同目标，也不利于工程的各参与方认识质量问题，对质量问题公平负责。本文阐述了QPMS方法，并探讨了该方法在质量监理中的应用程序。

Applying QPMS to improve construction quality SUPervision

Quality acts a key role of construction facilities and quality supervision is the core of project supervision. In China, traditional quality supervision is only to audit the work of contractors, which exists some flaws. It's difficult to manage the construction quality with the contractor in harmonious air to achieve the mutual object of the supervisor and the contractor. At the same time, traditional quality supervision makes against understanding quality issues by every organization involving the project and taking charge the responsibility fairly. QPMS, a new method of quality management, is identified and described in this paper. Applying QPMS to improve construction quality supervision is discussed and the detailed operational procedure is also provided.
