石油管产品驻厂监造的管理问题与对策探讨

Discussions on the Management Problems of Petroleum Pipe Products in the Supervising Production at Factories and the Corresponding Countermeasures

In view of the supervising production at factories in the construction of the present west-to-east natural gas transmission project and cross-country pipeline project, the paper discusses the management problems facing manufacturers, supervisors and demanders respectively during the supervising production of petroleum pipe products at factories based on the analysis of supervising production model of petroleum pipe products at factories, and then puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. At last, it is pointed out that the supervising production of petroleum pipe products at factories as one of all-round quality guarantee model takes an irreplaceable role in the following aspects like promoting the quality of petroleum pipe products, improving the technology of relevant production enterprises and reducing the applying risk of petroleum pipe products.
