| 摘 要： | 从理论、现实和历史三个维度看,"尊重党员主体地位"的提出均有其现实必要性.今天,"尊重党员主体地位"应侧重于尊重普通党员的主体地位,党员的权利主体地位,党员的积极性、主动性、创造性等.党员主体地位要从党员主体意识的认同和认知、制度的建设和完善、激励关怀机制的保障等方面入手来加强建设,其中,党员权利保障制度体系的制定和完善是"尊重党员主体地位"的关键环节.
