| Abstract: | An introduction is given to the function and position of QCC innovation in enterprises. Based on the practice, the contents that QCC innovation in petroleum enterprises involves have been explained, including the innovation of consciousness, innovation of activity process, and Six Sigma management. Then, reflection and exploration aim at the problems existing in the innovation process. |
