| 摘 要： | 阐述了农业水资源增殖的必要性在于解决粮食安全，生态环境和工农业发展的需要，其宏观战略是：转变水资源供需观念，改单项技术为综合技术，加强多部分联合，发挥农民节水积极性及节水设备和服务产业化，其主要技术途径为：减少无效蒸发，调整种植结构，培育节水高产品种，产展农业节水高新技术等。

| Abstract: | The necessity of agricultural water resources multiplication lied in solving the problem of food safety,ecological environment and development of industry and agriculture.Its macroscopic strategies were to change the thought of using water resources,transform individual technology to comprehensive technology,strengthen different department cooperation,bring the initiative of farmer′s water saving into full play and make facilities of water saving and service into industrialization.The main technological approaches were to reduce invalid evaporation,adjust agriculture structure,breed new variety of high productivity and water saving and develop new advanced technology of agricultural water saving. |
