| 摘 要： | 休闲旅游经济有利于贯彻以人为本的发展观,有利于优化我国的产业结构和就业结构,已成为构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。发展休闲旅游经济主要靠市场,同时也离不开政府的支持。我国各级政府应加快转变政府职能,合理定位旅游产业,系统整合旅游规划,有效投资旅游工程,开创休闲旅游经济新局面。
