李勇副部长在深圳注册会计师服务海关稽查示范基地签约暨揭牌仪式上讲话时提出,依法行政、为国把关、服务经济、促进发展是中国海关的工作方针,维护市场经济秩序、促进社会公平正义是注册会计师的服务目标。深圳海关借助会计服务示范基地这个载体,实现海关与注册会计师的共同职责与使命。希望这一合作的范围和内容得到进一步拓展,注册会计师行业有能力在打击走私、通关监管、科学征管、保税监管、统计分析等领域为海关提供全天候、全方位专业服务。
