| 摘 要： | 黄宗羲从“宗陆而不悖于朱”的学术立场出发，用“一本万殊”的哲学史观以及“会通以理”的哲学史史料工夫，在《明儒学案》中对王畿作了“未尝袭前人之旧本”的另0出心裁的重构，标揭、辨释了王畿的学术师承和思想宗旨。本文首次从黄宗羲的哲学史观出发，研究王畿思想的哲学史定位。

| Abstract: | From his adherence to WANG Yang-ming and not to be against ZHU Xi, his philosophical viewpoint known as ＂yi-ben-wan-shu＂, and his endeavors in historical materials gathering ＆ integration as well, HUANG Zong-xi interprets WANG Ji in his philosophical history named Ming-ru Xue-an, say, in a creative and larruping way. |
