| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是马克思主义世界观和方法论，其中，以人为本是核心，是最高层次的理论。只有把以人为本提升到世界观和方法论的高度加以认识，才能深刻把握它，并进而准确把握科学发展观的精神实质扣历史地位，提高坚持、贯彻和落实科学发展观的自觉性。

| Abstract: | The scientific development concept is the Marxism world outlook and the methodology ,in which Humanist is the core, the highest level theory. Only to promote humanist to level of the world outlook and the methodology can we grasp it profoundly, and also catch the accurate spiritual essence and historical situation of scientific development concept. And so we can enhance self-consciousness of implementing and carrying out the scientific development concept. |
