| 摘 要： | 洛伦兹曲线、可持续发展观与零增长理论主要关注“公平”的时间维度，缺乏对空间维度的解析。基于新经济地理学的研究方法，引入空间因素并对三者的传统意义进行再诠释，可期寻求三者内在统一性和新涵义，以丰富和补充其理论构架。在此基础上，应用赋予空间属性后的理论对长江流域进行分析发现，流域开发面临经济发展和环境保护的两难选择。

| Abstract: | Lorenz curve, sustainable developmental concept and zero growth theory mainly focus on fair from the perspective of time dimension, not space dimension. Base on New Economic Geography＇s methodology, introduce space factor to reinterpret the traditional concepts, attempt to seek internal unity and new meaning among them, in order to enrich and complement their theoretical framework. Furthermore, use these theories which have been endowed with spatial attribute to analyze Yangtze River, finding the dilemma between economic development and environmental protection in River-Basin＇s development. |
