论政府在建设社会信用中的职能发挥

社会信用失常已经严重制约了我国经济的进一步发展,这与转型时期政府职能失调有很大关系。因此,我国政府应转变职能,在塑造良好的信用政府的同时,积极进行社会信用体系的基本制度建设,推动配套改革,并且从文化的高度去构筑社会信用的文化支撑。
