| Abstract: | With the rapid development of listed companies since 1990s,Corporate governance becomes a hot topic for its theoreticians and users in China.But the benefit of most small sharers meets a series of unprecedented damage because the basic principles of corporate governance of listed companies is unestablished in our country.This article will analyse and discuss it,and offer some specific principles of corporate governance of listed companies. |
