| 摘 要： | 文章以“二十公”会议精神对公安机关监督工作提出的要求为出发点，回顾了建国以来我国公安机关监督工作的发展历史，分析了当前公安机关监督工作存在的问题及难点，提出了对新时期公安机关监督工作的几点构想。

| Abstract: | Starting from the demands, for the supervision on police organs, offered by The 20th Session of National Police Work, which werethis paper recalls the history of our supervision on police organs ever since P. R. China was founded. It also analyses some problems and difficult points in the present work and proposes several ideas for the supervision on police in the new situation. |
