李村煤矿煤矸石骨料物理力学性能试验研究

摘    要:利用煤矸石作为混凝土粗骨料是煤矸石资源化利用的途径之一。首先,对取自李村煤矿末矸仓的煤矸石进行物理特征指标测试分析,然后利用XRF分析仪研究煤矸石基本矿物组成,最后选择压碎值、点荷载强度来评估李村煤矿煤矸石的力学强度特征。结果表明:李村煤矿末矸仓排出的煤矸石可直接用作普通混凝土粗骨料的比例约为79.7%,吸水率、针片状颗粒含量等物理性能指标较高,煤矸石中Si、Al所形成矿物约占煤矸石矿物组成的大多数,煤矸石平均压碎值为27.3%,要高于普通石子压碎值和GB/T 14684、GB/T 14685的要求,风干状态下和饱水状态下的煤矸石强度要比相同状态下的普通石子低26.3%和36.9%左右,总体来讲比较适合替代普通石子来制备低强度的煤矸石基混凝土。

Experimental Study on the Physical and Mechanical Properties of Gangue Aggregate of Licun Coal Mine
Abstract:Using coal gangue as a coarse aggregate of concrete is one of the coal gangue utilization way. Coal gangueat the end of the coal gangue in Licun Coal Minewere collected to carry on the physical characteristics testing. Then, XRF analyzer was used to study the gangue mineral composition. Finally, basic crushing value and point load strength were choosen to evaluate mechanical strength characteristics of coal gangue. The test results show that the proportion of coal gangue discharged from the last gangue bin in Licun coal mine that can be directly used as coarse aggregate of ordinary concrete is about 79.7%. Water absorption rate and the content of needle particles of the coal gangueis high. Si and Al minerals form the majority of coal gangue minerals. The average crushing value of coal gangue is 27.3%, which is higher than the crushing value of ordinary stone and the requirements of GB/T 14684and GB/T 14685. The strength of coal gangue in air-dried state and saturated state is about 26.3% and 36.9% lower than that of ordinary stone in the same state. Generally speaking, it is suitable to replace ordinary stone to prepare low strength coal gangue based concrete.
