| 摘 要： | 教师工作调动制与教师聘任制同为教师流动的两种方式,前者是我国高度集中计划经济体制时代的产物,带有极强的行政命令性质,导致了教师主体性的丧失.要重拾教师的主体性,使教育适应市场经济,提升教育效果,增强教师工作积极性,实现教师个体价值,就必须推进教师聘任制改革,尽快结束教师工作调动制的历史使命.

| Abstract: | The teacher station-changing system and the teacher appointment system are two ways for the teacher flowing.The former is our country high degree of concentrated and planned economy system`s time product,which has the nature of the greatly strengthened administrative order,and has caused the loss of teacher's main body property.To ascend teacher's main body property again,to cause the education to adapt the market economy,to promote education effect,to strengthen the teacher's working enthusiasm,to realize the teacher individual value,we must advance the teacher appointment system reform,finish the teacher station-changing system historical mission as soon as possible. |
