以人为本、收入分配与经济发展--西斯蒙第的部分经济思想与我国当代经济发展

西斯蒙第的经济思想内容十分丰富,其思想的理论基础是他的有关经济危机的学说。他认为,资本主义社会是暂时的过渡社会。在对资本主义制度局限性的批判基础上,他提出了经济学研究要以人为本的思想,并以这一思想为指导,提出了一系列政策主张;虽然他的学说不乏浪漫和空想,但是他的公平分配理论、有关政治经济学研究的目的与对象等若干思想在今天仍具积极意义,对我国当代的经济发展也有很大借鉴和启示作用。
